Senior Staff

Ava Hatty is currently a senior at James Madison University, graduating with a degree in Public Policy and Administration and a minor in Nonprofit Studies. She is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia where she's lived her entire life. Post-TCTW she will be traveling to Jacksonville, Florida to work with a program called City Year, assisting children in an at-risk school. She is fueled by giant cups of coffee, sunrises, karaoke, pitbull puppies, and sriracha. She can't wait to be back on the mountaintop!!!

Morgan Maultsby was born and raised in the beautiful state of Virginia.  She went out west as a participant in 2019 and staffed for the first time in 2014.  She graduated from West Virginia University with a BA in Marketing and Advertising.  She soaked up lots of cool opportunities while at school while working at the Rec center, studying abroad and being involved in clubs and her sorority.  She moved to Raleigh after she graduated and works as a Channel Account Manager in Sales and Marketing at Lenovo.  Her philosophy is not to live the same year 80 times and call it a life, experience as much as you can, and that it's never too late to learn something new.  She really likes corn dogs. She still wears Birkenstocks.  About 92% of the time, she orders food with avocado on it.  She dabbles in photography.  Anything relating to SNL makes her heart happy.  Elephants rock.  Nature is neat.  Raisin and peas are the reason she has trust issues.  She is always down for an adventure and/or road trip.  LET'S GO OUT WEST ALREADY AND SEE OUT ASTONISHING COUNTRY!
